NILA is currently working in a project together with Loops to move the education on to a new modern platform. The Annual General Meeting in 2020 made a unanimous decision to implement a name change to the Nordic Interior Landscaping Association (NILA), with the aim of securing the association's attractiveness and development in the long term.

In september 2019 the annual EILO meeting held place in Paris.
